- Stainless steel top opens to hold 12 1/6-size pans; 4-inch pans are furnished and the top accepts pans up to 6 inches deep.
- Two pull-out drawers provide refrigerated storage for 6-inch deep pans.
- 10-inch polyethylene cutting board adds a convenient prep surface.
- Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor.
