2014 release from the London-based band. Fronted by British/Nigerian vocalist Eno Williams, they combine elements of West African highlife, Disco, Post-Punk and Psychedelic Electro Soul. A unique sound born out of the mixed up nature of London today, Ibibio Sound Machine was started by producers Max Grunhard, Leon Brichard and Benji Bouton. After first tracking all the bass and drum tracks they joined up with Ghanaian guitar legend Alfred 'Kari' Bannerman (from fellow Soundway signing Konkoma), before adding Brazilian Anselmo Netto on percussion and synth/horn men Tony Hayden and Scott Baylis to Eno Williams' lyrics. A dose of Electronica with a forward-looking, refreshingly un-retro approach that's influenced by London as much as by West Africa, give the vocals and guitar lines space to breathe without being overwhelmed.

1.1 Voice of the Bird (Uyio Inuen)
1.2 I'm Running (Nya Fehe)

Logical and easy to read
Format: Paperback
St. Pope John Paul II may have been a polymath, but his approach to explaining the metaphysical relationship of man and the human condition as it relates to theology and our relationship with God make this a great read!

Food for thought (and life) for ages to come
Format: Paperback
Blessed John Paul II shared with the whole world the fruit of years of lived life and deep reflection, prior to being elected Bishop of Rome. Anyone who wishes to delve into this work is in for a hard-earned yet worthy treat, as it is not always an easy read, but deeply satisfying. John Paul II's understudy and friend, Stanislaw Grygiel, once challenged the pope saying that few would actually understand what he taught. The Pope replied, "Some things just have to be said!" Thanks to Prof. Michael Waldstein, we have an excellent introduction and much-improved translation of this monumental work. As I said in the title, there is the pope's catecheses on the theology of the body much food for thought (and life...and love!) for ages to come. Blessed John Paul II, thank you and pray for us!

Good to use every night...I do.
If you suffer from dry mouth during the night, these are the perfect solution. I had tried rinses - they don't last. Sprays - they don't last. lozenges - don't last. Other tablets, only last a few hours. I can get about 8 hours relief with these. Contrary to other reviews, you do not suck on them like a lozenge...they won't last at all if you do it that way. Read the directions. They "adhere" to your back molars...don't drink or eat after putting them in...as both will either dislodge or reduce the effectiveness. However, when I don't use these, my mouth is miserable and so dry. These provide enough moisture throughout the night. The flavors aren't too bad. I've used the mint (not may favorite because I'm not a fan of mint flavor), orange and berry. I wish they had other flavors (cinnamon, licorice), but till then, I'll use these probably forever.

Really helpful for dry mouth.
Scent Name: Berry, Size: 100 Count
These really work. I wear a CPAP and my mouth was so dry I was waking up with my tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth. They stick well so no worry of swallowing it during the night. I like the berry flavor.
