This chic little Chelsea boot may look simple, but every detail has been carefully considered—from the pull tab at the heel to help glide in and out, to the durable no-slip grip rubber bottom. The elastic at the sides are its biggest flex. There’s a layer of rubber between the elastic and the foot that’s split down the middle so the elastic can fully stretch when you’re getting in and out, but you’re still totally protected from splashes during wear.
