The names of the drivers, all racing legends from that sporting era, are printed on the sides of each car alongside the Union Flag.

Car No. 12, registered URX 550G, is as driven by Brian Culcheth and team-mate Johnstone Syer. Car No. 56,URX 560G was the drive of John Handley and Paul Easter; and Car No. 57, registered OBL 45L had Paddy Hopkirk and Tony Nash thrashing it out.

Although the race was won that year by the French, with a Porsche 911R, the British Minis proved they were a match for anything and this set is a great souvenir of that great motorsport period.
