The RCV Roller with Flat Bar Assembly with D88K 1-1/8" Idler Wheel from 3E The Carwash Manufacturer is a heavy-duty 4-wheel roller assembly built for long-term performance in automatic and tunnel car wash conveyor systems. Its reinforced steel flat bar frame and 1-1/8" UHMW idler wheels ensure reliable operation under demanding wash conditions.

Designed as a direct replacement for Hanna and RCV conveyor systems, this roller uses a D88K or C188 Triangle Plate for compatibility and stability. The 2-1/4" diameter UHMW idler wheels provide balanced load distribution, corrosion resistance, and quiet performance. Manufactured in La Habra, Orange County, California, this roller delivers OEM-level reliability trusted by car wash operators across the U.S.

It’s perfect in every way to me being such a picky pillow person. You just lay your head down on it and it forms around your neck and your head and when you get up, it goes right back to its normal form. It doesn’t get flat and I love it. I completely recommend this to anyone who is a person who has a hard time finding a really good pillow.
